Cancellation Policy

If you are not able to make your course date the following will apply:

1. If you cancel more than 8 days prior to the course, you will get a refund on the course or we will not invoice the course.
2. If you cancel 7 days or less from the start date of the course you will pay 100% of the course fee.
   • You can send one of your colleagues in your place.
