Course Overview
Build the skills necessary to facilitate sustained transformation with the Advanced SAFe® Practice Consultant (ASPC) certification path. This renewable certification supports experienced SPCs in developing sustainable transformation strategies, including:
• Educating leadership
• Excelling in Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) implementations
• Cultivating a coaching culture that drives relentless improvement
Participants will engage in a blended learning approach that combines self-paced study, facilitated sessions, and peer-to-peer learning, progressively building and validating their skills. The certification path culminates in the Learning Lab, a half-day facilitated session that uses scenario-based assessments to evaluate mastery of key concepts.
Upon completion of all modules, learners will be awarded the Advanced SPC certification.
