"Motlhanka has a wealth of knowledge really came through during our training. The discussions and examples shared in the class showed how the easily the SAFe LMP principles can be applied across various stakeholder groups and where we would naturally see changes once put into effect. You can tell that his understanding is based on going through this change and not just abstract theory and principals which made the entire experience very relatable.” “I really enjoyed Motlhanka's training approach. He could easily read the room and modify his approach to the lessons. I particularly enjoyed his practical examples when grappling with themes that I never came across like Investments by Horizons and the Funnel approach when it comes to Epics and how that will land in an ART or Value stream. Overall, I am really happy with the training and look forward to applying the principals once I'm certified.”
