This two-day course prepares current Scrum Masters for their leadership role in facilitating Agile team, program, and enterprise success in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) implementation. The course covers facilitation of cross-team interactions in support of program execution and relentless improvement. It enhances the Scrum paradigm with an introduction to scalable engineering and DevOps practices, the application of Kanban to facilitate the flow of value, and supporting interactions with architects, product management, and other critical stakeholders in the larger program and enterprise contexts. The course also offers actionable tools for building high-performing teams and explores practical ways of addressing Agile and Scrum anti-patterns in the enterprise.

About the trainer
Having spent almost all her working career in IT, the arrival of Lean-Agile brought a fresh new way of working, one that Brigitte is passionate about – “It just makes so much sense”. She was at the forefront of the Lean-Agile transformation at a leading financial institution in South Africa, and continues to share her passion through consulting, training and coaching opportunities with Kaizania. She has travelled extensively on the African continent as a SAFe Program Consultant, and has formally trained in excess of 450 people across the continent. She is passionate about training, and her experience in the field allows her to connect the theory to the practice.
